7. How much time do you dedicate to being staff? - as much time as I can play or when i'm free. ( Depends on work schedule and my girls) at most 10 hours a week or more

Tell us why you believe you are eligible for staff. - I think I am eligible for staff because of my previous experience working in staff roles on previous servers such as admin, moderator, etc. I even once owned my own server so i'm experienced with many plugins and all. The things I'd do to help out is make sure everything is a friendly environment for people of all ages to enjoy and have a good time, If i come across any spam or such I would give warning in 3 intervals 10 min. 20. and 30. after that it will be a temp ban for a day and so on if the spam doesnt stop. If anyone uses exploits it would be a verbal warning, if it doesn't stop it would be a temp ban for 5 days or more leading up to a perm ban, if there are any threats towards the server or players such as DDOS, and or hacks of any kind, or even selling of real money it would be a temp ban or perm ban depending on the situation. if there are players who cheat or use a hacked client it would be a temp ban for 10 or so days depending on the issue. Every ban or punishment WILL be recorded and sent right away to the management team or owners.
